Abstract
An adjustable bed () includes an adjustable bed base () for supporting a mattress (). The adjustable bed base () comprises an articulated deck () comprising head, seat, leg and foot deck boards () hingedly joined together and supported from a frame (). At least one of the support sections has an opening () and a pocket () secured underneath the opening. Inside the pocket () is located a vibratory motor (), the vibratory motor () being electrically coupled to a powered drive unit () for vibrating a portion of the adjustable bed ().
