An electrode assembly includes a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material; a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material; and a separator separating the positive electrode and the negative electrode from each other, and the separator including a porous layer formed by a combination of a barium titanate (BaTiO) and a binder.
