Abstract

An anodeof an electrochemical deviceis connected to the cathode of a battery, and a cathodeof the electrochemical deviceis connected to the anode of the battery. An electrolyte layercontaining electrolytes is arranged between the anodeand the cathode. Electrolyte layeris formed by alternately laminating two types of electrolytes formed in the shape of plates. A first electrolyte is a proton conductor, and a second electrolyte is an oxygen ion conductor. A purification apparatusincludes a plurality of electrochemical devices
