Abstract
A vacuum cartridge () is manufactured with a dielectric coating () made from elastomer directly on the enclosure of the chamber () of the cartridge (). To prevent the elastomer from infiltrating into the chamber () of the cartridge and/or its enclosure from breaking, cover-plates () performing mechanical protection and dielectric deflection cover the covers () of the chamber () and their braze () with the ceramic tube ().
