Abstract
The invention relates to a process for sticking edging material () onto lightweight building boards () comprising two thin-walled outer layers () and a core layer () of lightweight filler material disposed between the outer layers, having the steps: provision of a lightweight building board (), a decor edge () and a stabilizing edge (), and sticking on of the decor edge () and/or the stabilizing edge () in the region of a narrow surface (') of the lightweight building board (). The process according to the invention is characterized in that the stabilizing edge () is introduced into a section between two outer layers () in the region of the narrow surface (′) without having first created a recess of at least one outer layer and/or of the core layer in this section, said recess corresponding substantially to the stabilizing edge.
