Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following formula (1') wherein R is an aldopyranose residue, Ris a C2-18 hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), Ris an acyl group, X is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or —NH—, and p is an integer of 0-4, or a salt thereof. The compound of the present invention has a specific immunoregulatory ability, and is useful for the prophylaxis or treatment of autoimmune diseases and the like.
