Abstract
After a rod-like titanium materialis accommodated in a generally linear-shaped grooveof a first mold, a first guide portionof a second moldis fitted to the groove. Thereafter, the first moldis moved along an arrow A direction relative to the second moldfixed to an anchor block, by which the titanium materialsubstantially immovably retained in the grooveof the first moldis bent and pushed into a through holeof the second moldby the first guide portion, thus being plastically deformed.
