Abstract
A judging and controlling partcomprises an operation mode judging unit, a pulse width selecting unit, and a band limiting width selecting unit, wherein the operation mode judging unitreceives a signal of a gear state from a predetermined controlling device in a vehicle, and then judges the operation mode thereof. Based on a result of the judgment at the operation mode judging unit, the pulse width selecting unitand the band limiting width selecting unitcontrol a wide band impulse generating partand a band width limiting part, respectively.
