Abstract

There is provided a dielectric ceramic composition including a base powder expressed by a composition formula of Ba(TiZr)O, where 0.995≦m≦1.010 and 0<x≦0.10, and first to fifth accessory components, and a multilayer ceramic capacitor having the same. The multilayer ceramic capacitor having the dielectric ceramic composition has a high dielectric constant and superior high-temperature reliability.
