Abstract

An intramedullary nail () suitable for insertion in a fractured elongate bone (), of the type comprising a stem () extended between a proximal end () and a distal end (). The nail comprises a plurality of elements () realized with at least one shape-memory material, a plurality of seats () formed in the stem () for housing the elements ().
