Abstract
By inserting a protruding portion (), which is installed to a center position of a rear end surface () of a fixed body (), into a hole (), which is provided to a center position of an end surface () on a side of a fixed body () of a fixed shaft () that is connected to a fixed body (), the fixed bodies () and () and the fixed shaft () are connected.
