[Object] To keep an air-gap between an electromagnetic clutch and a magnet within a predetermined range even if a camshaft vibrates in a radial direction. [Achieving Means] A bearingand a stopperare attached to a stepped partof an inner cylinder part, the bearingis supported by a C ringinserted in a grooveof a rotational drum, a bearingis attached to a stepped partformed on the side of the outer periphery of the stopper, an inner sidewallof an electromagnetic clutchis supported by the bearing, the bearingis supported by a clipattached to an annular grooveformed in the inner sidewall, the rotational drumis supported by the bearingprevented from moving in an axial direction, the electromagnetic clutchis supported by the bearingprevented from moving in the axial direction, and an air-gap AG between the electromagnetic clutchand the magnetof the rotational drumis easily managed.
