Abstract
After a liquid sample between a sample-holding platformand a window plateis measured, a window plate holderis raised, and a headis moved from a standby position into the gap between the window plateand the sample-holding platform. Then, the window plate holderis lowered so as to press the window plateonto the headuntil the headtouches the sample-holding platformbelow. Then the headis swung back to the original position, whereby a wipe materialfitted on the headsimultaneously wipes off the liquid sample from both the lower surface of the window plateand the upper surface of the sample-holding platform.
