The present invention relates to a vehicle sunshade devicewhich can cover and uncover a rear window provided between a pair of rear pillarsR andL formed in both sides in the vehicle width direction with a screen bodyand comprising: a winding devicefor biasing the screen bodyin its winding-up direction; a pair of guide railsR andL in both sides in the vehicle width direction of the winding deviceand capable of being attached to the inner wall of the rear pillar; a pair of slidersfixed at both edges in the vehicle width direction of the screen bodyrespectively, and capable of reciprocately moving within the pair of guide railsR andL; a drive unitfor reciprocately moving the sliderswithin the guide railsR andL so as to spread out the screen bodyagainst the biasing force of the winding deviceand wind up the screen bodyin a spread-out state with the winding device; a temporary joint partfor temporarily connecting the pair of guide railsR andL with the winding devicein a condition, where a relative distance between each of the guide railsR andL is adjustable, until the present vehicle sunshade deviceis attached to the pair of rear pillarsR andL.
