A filler for powder coating materials is provided, which comprises inorganic parties having a Mohs hardness of 1 to 4 and satisfying the following particle size distribution of the following relationships (1) to (5):2≦A≦30  (1); The filler for powder coating materials of the present invention can provide a powder coating composition for forming a coating film having excellent matte property, a smooth surface with reduced irregularities, satisfactory appearance and excellent in processability and impact resistance.
