Abstract
In order to provide a device and a method for increasing blood flow and an insulin-like growth factor with use of a large amount of carbonic gas nano bubbles, the device of the present invention includes: a bathtub; and a nano bubble-producing sectionfor producing carbonic gas nano bubbles in bath water in the bathtub
