Abstract

There is provided a real-time PCR assay capable of measuring the number ofpresent in an oral cavity, in a short time. The object can be solved by a method for measuring the number of oralusing a combination of a forward primer comprising a oligonucleotide part of at least 15 sequential bases in the base sequence any one of SEQ ID NO: 1 to 4 and a reverse primer comprising a oligonucleotide part of at least 15 sequential bases in the base sequence any one of SEQ ID NO: 5 to 7; and a probe for measuring the number of oral, comprising a oligonucleotide part of at least 10 sequential bases in the base sequence any one of SEQ ID NO: 8 to 15.
