Abstract

The present invention provides methods of treating psoriasis in a subject (i.e., psoriasis associated with a joint disease), by administering to the subject an effective dose of a composition comprising a soluble IL-22R/IL-20RB heterodimeric polypeptide, wherein the heterodimeric polypeptide comprises an IL-22R extracellular domain covalently linked to an IL-20RB extracellular domain.
