Abstract
A relay apparatus () includes a communication I/F () that receives an IP packet from a source terminal (A) via a communication network (), a broadcast wave interface () that transmits the IP packet received via the communication network I/F () to a destination terminal (B) by a digital broadcast wave, and a receiving and transmitting unit () that transmits the IP packet that is received by the communication I/F () and transmitted by the transmitting communication terminal (A) to the destination terminal (B) via the broadcast wave I/F ().
