Abstract
The present invention relates to a pyrimidine compound of the formula (II'): wherein Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-C4 alkyl; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl; Xrepresents C5 polymethylene, in which a single CH—CHmay be replaced with a single CH═CH, substituted with at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, trifluoromethyl and C1-C4 alkyls.
