Abstract
There is obtained an energy storage mechanism, for a switching device, that has a structure requiring no high-accuracy components and can perform release of driving-power transmission and re-engagement. In the case where the closing springis energized, the main gearis rotated by the energy storage motoror manually, via the output gearand the intermediate gear; in the case where the closing springhas been energized, the engagement between the intermediate gearand the main gearis released at a missing-tooth portionof a gear B; in the case where the switching device is closed, the main gearis rotated by restoration force exerted by the closing spring, and the intermediate gearis separated from the main geardue to the elongated holethat supports the rotation axlethereof; and in the case where the closing springis energized again, the intermediate gearis again engaged with the main geardue to the elongated holethat supports the rotation axlethereof.
