Abstract

Compounds according to formula (I): wherein R, R, R, n and X are defined as defined herein, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and solvates thereof, are useful for the modulation of CCR5 chemokine receptor activity. Additionally, compounds according to Formula III: wherein Z, R', and R′are defined as defined herein, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and solvates thereof, are useful as intermediates for production of compounds that modulate CCR5 chemokine receptor activity.
