Abstract
The invention relates to a liquid separator, particularly an oil separator for compressed air systems. The liquid separator comprises a housing (), which can be detachably connected by means of a bayonet-type connector () to a counterpart (). The housing () is locked onto the counterpart () by axial tensioning forces (F) operable to lock the bayonet connector ().
