Abstract
A vehicle seat has a seat element that forms a seat surface and has a seat back () or backrest. The seat back () has a frame () and an airbag (). The airbag () has a gas-receiving element () and an inflating device () for the gas-receiving element (). The gas-receiving element () is defined at one side by a portion () of the frame () and at the other side by a delimiting element () that is fastened to the frame () and that can be displaced as the airbag () inflates.
