Abstract
Atmosphere in a sterilization boxis prevented from entering into a filler chamberside, and also, atmosphere on the filler side is prevented from flowing on the sterilization boxside. An intermediate chamberis disposed between the sterilization boxfor performing sterilization by electron beam irradiation to a vesseland the chamberin which a filleris disposed for filling the sterilized vesselwith inner content. A pressure in the intermediate chamberis controlled, by a pressure control device, so as to be higher than a pressure in the sterilization boxand higher than a pressure in the chamberprovided with the filler. Since the pressure in the intermediate chamberis highest, atmosphere in the upstream-side sterilization boxis prevented from flowing in the fillerside and atmosphere in the chamberfor the filleris also prevented from flowing in the sterilization boxside.
