The long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid being docosahexaenoic acid, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid; e) 5 to 25 wt. % of at least one polyunsaturated fatty acid based on total fatty acids; and f) 2 to 12 grams indigestible oligosaccharides having a degree of polymerization of 2 to 100 per 100 gram dry weight of the composition. The composition reduces—among others—the risks attached to feeding whey dominant infant formula.
