A coronary artery bypass grafting device includes a plurality of attachment members each having: a flexible tube (); a suction cup portion () provided in a tip end side of the flexible tube (); a three-way cock () provided in the flexible tube (); and a holding member () that holds the flexible tube (). At least one of the attachment members further includes a duckbill valve () provided in the flexible tube ().
