Abstract
An engine cylinder headis disclosed having a first camshaftdriven by the engine crankshaft via a phasing systemmounted to the camshaft. A second camshaftis driven via the phasing systemmounted to the first camshaft, and two oil control valvesare connected to the phasing system for enabling the phasing system to vary the timing of each camshaft independently with respect to the engine crankshaft in response to oil pressure signals from a respective one of the control valves. In the invention, oil feeds from each control valveenter the camshaftvia an oil feed journal, and connect to the phaservia axially extending channels within the camshaft
