Abstract
A superconductive electrical cable is provided, which comprises a conductor consisting of superconductive wires. The conductor (L) is designed as a stranded conductor in which the wires () are stranded together with a predetermined pitch length (S) lying between about 5×D and about 20×D, where D is the diameter of the stranded conductor.
