Abstract

The invention relates to the combination of one or more IKchannel blockers and of one or more Kv1.5 blockers, in particular phenyl-carboxamides of the formula Ia or Ib or pharmaceutically tolerable salts thereof, and the use of the combination for the treatment of atrial arrhythmias.
