Abstract

A liquid crystal panel comprises a temperature sensor () formed on a glass substrate (). The temperature sensor () includes two junction structures () and (). The junction structure () is formed such that two different semiconductor films () and () are joined together. The junction structure () is formed such that two different semiconductor films () and () are joined together. The liquid crystal panel outputs divided voltage between the voltage applied to the junction structure () and the voltage applied to the junction structure () as the voltage depending on the temperature of the liquid crystal panel. As the result, the liquid crystal panel comprising the temperature sensor () of simple structure and high performance is provided.
