Abstract
The present invention provides novel imidazolidinonyl aminopyrimidine compounds believed to have clinical use for treatment of cancer through inhibiting Plk1. wherein: Rhydrogen, hydroxy, halo, methyl, C-Calkoxy, amino, or methylamino; Ris hydrogen, halo, or cyano; Ris hydrogen or halo; Ris hydrogen, halo, or methyl; provided that at least two of R, R, R, and Rare hydrogen; Ris hydrogen, halo, or methyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
