Abstract
A housing includes a substrate; a tin layer deposited on the substrate; a magnesium-tin layer formed between the substrate and the tin layer; a chromium layer deposited on the tin layer; a chromium-tin layer formed between tin layer on the chromium layer; and a chromium oxide or nitrogen layer deposited on the chromium layer.
