Abstract

A current drive circuit according to the present invention includes: a first current source and a second current source (I, I); a first current mirror (CM) for generating a first mirror current of a current (I) generated by the second current source (I); a second current mirror (CM) for generating a second mirror current of the current (I) generated by the second current source (I); and a third current mirror (CM) for generating a mirror current (I) of a current which is generated by the first current source (I) and which is corrected according to a difference between the first mirror current and the second mirror current, to supply the current to a load (LD).
