Abstract
A photosensitive elementcomprising a support filmand a layer (photosensitive layer)composed of a photosensitive resin composition formed on the support film, wherein the haze of the support filmis 0.01-2.0%, the total number of particles and aggregates with diameters of 5 μm or larger in the support filmis no greater than 5/mm, the photosensitive layercontains (A) a binder polymer, (B) a photopolymerizing compound with an ethylenic unsaturated bond and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and the thickness of the photosensitive layeris 3-30 μm.
