A composition containing undecane, hexanal, 1-pentanol, decane, and 2-pentylfuran is an effective attractant for adult female Indian meal moths (). The composition may be used alone or with a carrier component. The composition may be used in combination with any insect trapping means known in the art, as required for a specific application.
