Abstract
A fastener () includes a base (), an orientation block (), a located block () and two magnets (). The base includes a mounting portion () and a securing portion (). The orientation block is slidably and rotatably connected to the securing portion. The located block is rotatably engaged in the mounting portion. One of the two magnets is disposed adjacent to the securing portion, the other magnet is disposed in the located block. The two magnets are attracted to each other configured for adjusting a distance between the orientation block and the located block.
