Abstract

In addition to storing cassettes () to () that store banknotes that are dispensed when money is normally dispensed, a bait money storing portion () is provided that stores bait money serving as an emergency banknote to be dispensed in case of an emergency. When the bait money is requested to be dispensed in case of an emergency, the bait money is forcibly transported from the bait money storing portion () to a banknote outlet, with the result that the bait money is dispensed quickly.
