Abstract
A brushless motor is provided which has excellent anti-impact properties and is easily assembled even if the brushless motor is reduced in size. A stator () includes a bearing () for holding a rotating shaft (), a bearing housing () in which the bearing () is placed vertically relative to the stator base (), a thrust plate () for receiving one end of the rotating shaft () in a thrust direction, a metal thrust cover () for holding the thrust plate (), a metal installation member () including an annular section () which is superposed over a base () of the bearing housing () and projecting pin sections () which project from the annular section () to the outer periphery of the thrust cover (). The projecting pin sections () of the installation member () have projection sections welded to the thrust cover ().
