Abstract

The present invention provides an emulsion comprising an organic discontinuous phase which is distributed throughout a continuous aqueous phase, wherein the organic phase comprises, The present invention also relates to personal care compositions comprising emulsions containing encapsulated fragrances for improved fragrance delivery.
