An axial guide assembly () has one end () fixed to the apex () and at the other end has a bayonet mechanism () connectable to a drive handle. Rim cutting teeth () are set into the rim () to cut a cylindrical profile (), and bevel cutting teeth () integral to the struts () cut a bevel () onto the cylindrical form () cut into the bone ().
