Abstract
A disposable diaperincludes a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent memberbetween the sheetsand. A pair of leg flapseach having an elastic member is provided along the laterally opposite side edges of the absorbent member. Each of the leg flapsis fixed at its front end portionand rear end portionto a portion C, one of longitudinally opposite end portions of the diaper, and to a portion B, the other end portion, in such a configuration that each of the leg flapsmay be folded back over the side of the backsheetwhen the disposable diaperis in a flat-out state with the elastic members stretched.
