Bone targeted compounds and methods are provided. Compounds can include a Bone Targeting Portion (R), having an affinity for bone; a Bone Active Portion (R) for interacting with and affecting bone; and a Linking Portion (R) connecting the Bone Targeting Portion and the Bone Active Portion.
