Abstract
The invention relates to a waste water immersion probe () comprising a liquid-tight housing (), a sensor () which is disposed in the housing () and a sensor window () formed on the housing (). A wiper element () for cleaning the sensor window () is arranged on the outside of the sensor window (), and the wiper element () is driven by a drive motor () which is arranged essentially in the housing (). The housing is devoid of openings. A magnetic element () is associated with the drive motor () and a magnetic element () is associated with the wiper element () in such a manner that the magnetic drive motor element () produces a magnetic field which transverses the housing wall and transmits a drive torque to the wiper element () without a shaft.
