Abstract

Compounds having the formula I wherein R, R, R, R, R, Y and p are as defined herein and C2-C3 is a single or double bond are Hepatitis C virus NS5b polymerase inhibitors. Also disclosed are compositions and methods for treating an HCV infection and inhibiting HCV replication.
