Abstract
To reduce brightness variation by wiring resistance of an upper part transparent electrode in an organic luminescence element, a stripe-shape first auxiliary wiringextending in a direction parallel to a signal line is formed on the upper part transparent electrode, by a precise mask vapor deposition method. Then, a stripe-shape second auxiliary wiringextending in a direction parallel to a scanning line is formed by a precise mask vapor deposition method.
