Abstract
Provided is a seed crystal fixing devicefor fixing a seed crystalto a seed crystal placing partof a reaction vessel with an adhesive interposed in between. The seed crystal fixing deviceincludes: a chambercapable of installing the seed crystal placing partin the inside thereof; and a flexible pouched bodyplaced on an upper surface of the chamber. The flexible pouched bodyis inflated with a delivery of gas and is deflated with an exhaust of the gas. The flexible pouched bodyis configured to come into contact with a surface of the seed crystalwhen inflated, and thereby applies pressure uniformly across the entire surface of the seed crystal. The upper surface of the chamberforms convex shape towards the seed crystal placing part, and thereby uniform press-bonding of the seed crystalto the seed crystal placing partis accomplished.
