Abstract
In an immobilization process of electrostatically spraying a nanomaterial dispersion liquidfrom an electrostatic spray nozzleand immobilizing a nanomaterial on a samplea voltage is applied between the dispersion liquidand the sampleto electrostatically spray the dispersion liquidonto the samplefrom a spray outletof the nozzleunder a condition where one or zero particles of the nanomaterialare contained in each individual dropletsprayed and electrostatically deposit the nanomaterialonto a surface of the sampleafter drying a solventcontained in each individual dropletin an atmosphere to immobilize the nanomaterialon the sampleAggregation of the nanomaterial in each droplet is thereby prevented and the nanomaterial can be immobilized favorably on the sample.
