A device useful for the delivery of a treatment composition, and a fragrancing effect to a sanitary appliance, especially a toilet bowl, the device () comprising a dispenser body () comprising a body cavity () for the treatment composition; at least one inlet () and at least one outlet (); at least one fragrance cavity (); and a hanger ()for hanging the device upon a portion of a sanitary appliance.
