Abstract
The invention concerns a bone fixing device () for immobilizing a linking rod () designed to connect at least one bone fragment () to another, said device comprising: at least one anchoring means () designed to be fixed on or in said bone fragment (); at least one receiving part (), secured to said anchoring means (), designed to receive at least part of said linking rod (); locking means () designed to lock said part of the linking rod () within said receiving part (). The invention is characterized in that said locking means comprise at least one solid element () having a longitudinal axis, said solid element including at least one inclined surface () capable, under the action of a thrust directed along the longitudinal axis of said solid element, of gradually wedging by friction said part of the linking rod () into said receiving part (), until said part of the linking rod () is completely locked inside said receiving part (). The invention also concerns an assembly comprising such a device and a linking rod.
